Your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original condition
• The item must include original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Incorrect Size

Please make sure to check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

If a customer orders the wrong size, we unfortunately do not offer refunds for size selection errors.

Consumer Rights

This policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major product fault, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
